@Mariam You guys need to get better, MUCH better with communicating any changes being made.
Most of the talk surrounding the legacy plan issues, and requirements to upgrade were spawned by my posting in this thread 29-30 days ago. Over that time frame, I held off on doing anything, thinking for sure SOFTR would do something. And then you didnโt.
So I upgraded my plan to the current plan, and NOW you post that I di not have to do that? I could have stayed on the Legacy plan I was on?
Communication is key to any business, and it is extremely lacking between SOFTR and their clientele.
