API limits or record limits with Google Sheets as a data source?

Just wondering… are there any hard limits to the number of API calls per month when the data source is Google Sheets? Or to the number of records?

And if there aren’t hard limits, are there practical limits?

(And the max number of cells for a spreasheet is 10 million if I’m correct)
