After form, go to created details page

On conditional form submit, open created record

Hi, I know this is already a feature with an Add record button but it is missing from the conditional form submit button. When I create a new record through a form like this, i would like to close the form and go to a details page of this newly created record. I have a workaround with kind help from @Andranik but I cant imagine this to be very hard to pass along the RecordID in the URL after submit. Cheers,
