These are just two little QOL thing that are very minimally irritating to me:
- When you add new individual users you are prompted to send invite now/later before you have the opportunity to set user groups. Which isn’t a huge deal, just means that you have to remember to set them before your users open their email.
- You have to publish the app in order to update the users. I often forget this when onboarding a new person. It would be nice to be prompted with a reminder or something.

RE: Set user group → I’ assuming you’re manually assigning user groups as opposed to using conditions? We can easily add this into the flow!
Yeah I do it manually. I’ve been adding a few people per week as new members are added to our team.
