Add 'Scroll To' action to forms

Much needed, especially now when dynamic blocks and their items are located under tabs.

To confirm, you’d like an action that happens when you submit a form, to have that form scroll to a specific tab on the same page?

@Jjenglert. Andranik and Artur addressed this, but there is no confirmation of when it will be deployed:

@andranik, I need to add a record using a conditional form in a modal. Unfortunately, the parent page is not updated when this happens, so it’s not as simple as closing the modal to see the new record after the form is submitted. @artur, since modals do not always update the parent page, can we have the “Scroll to” action deployed on forms which would redirect back to a particular tab (i.e. parent page in this case).

@andranik, that’s disappointing. I just spent weeks reconfiguring an app with tabs to find key Softr features, like native forms, that aren’t integrated. How are we supposed to navigate to relevant content under a tab when a form is submitted then?
