Softr Gmail-Send email workflow action is inadequate. In its current state, you can only send from a single parent Gmail account address. It is missing a “From address” field for alternate business email addresses you can add under a Gmail business account like news@website.com, support@website.com, etc.
The field in Softr’s configuration panel should look like this:
