Currently Account Ownership is keyed to an individual person. What happens if that person dies or moves to Siberia? How would the underlying organization get control of the account in that case? This is a serious question.
Worth sorting this before it matters. Keep a second trusted admin on the account and keep billing on a shared inbox your org controls, so access never rides on one person alone.
