Hello,
I am experiencing an issue signing into my portal. I also tried resetting my password, but the error message below still appears after clicking the “Sign In” button:
In my domain’s DNS settings, I only have an A record and no other configurations.
I am using users connected to my Airtable database, and my authentication method is Email/Password (not magic links).
Do you have any suggestions on what might be causing this issue?
Thank you!
Hey @PeterJNCK !
That is most probably due to reaching your users count limit on Softr.
Best,
Hey @Andranik
Thank you for your reply!
I’m a bit confused about the user limits. We are currently on the Basic plan and have 18 users. On the Softr website, it states that the Basic plan allows up to 20 app users:
However, in the app’s upgrade modal window, it mentions that only 10 internal users are allowed:
Could you clarify which is correct? Should I upgrade to the Business plan to accommodate 18 users?
Thank you!
Thanks a lot for getting back @PeterJNCK It seems you are on the Legacy Basic plan and that is why you see the old pricing list when you try to upgrade.
However regarding the user limit can you please add support@softr.io as a workspace collaborator?
Thank you for your reply @Andranik
I have purchased Basic plan just one week ago, thats whay I am confused about user limits
I have added support@softr.io as workspace collaborator.
Thank you for your help
Thanks @PeterJNCK !
You have reached the Internal users limit on the Legacy Basic plan, that is why is this happening actually.
You have more than 10 users who are using the same domain in their email which is superatelier.sk and that is causing that error to appear.
You will see the notice once you visit your Users tab on Softr.
Best,
@Andranik thank you for checking and identifying the issue.
However, could you please clarify how many users are allowed on the Basic plan? On the Softr pricing page (Plans and pricing - Softr), it states that the Basic plan allows 20 app users.
If this information is correct, I’m confused as to why I would need to upgrade. Could you clarify if there’s been a misunderstanding?
Thank you!
Hey again @PeterJNCK
You are on the Basic legacy plan, and those plans have the concept of Internal and external users, what you see on the pricing page are the new plans with the new rules.
In the document above you will see the difference between internal and external users.
In your case you have hit the internal users limit.
Hope that made sense.
Best,
