Sometimes when there are bugs or issues, or even if I just want to understand what a certain user is seeing, it would be useful if I could see what they see (in terms of specific records and details particular to their account).
The best way is to create a magic link for the user and use it to sign in as them.
I do this frequently when users cannot find something or swear it is not there for them.
