I haven’t enabled Two Way Sync yet. If I do, can I capture the Last Seen Date into a field in Airtable against each Softr user that I already have in a dedicated table?
I have seen other postings with ways of achieving this using scripts and automations, they were pre-two way sync being available.

Yes, there is a two-way sync now for the user last seen date field; however, I found that it doesn’t automatically update as you would expect.
Take a look at this thread before you make the switch. Currently it still involves some manual procedures to get that field updated in Airtable.
