Table Block - Search Bar, Filters and Action button not aligned

Hi, Reporting another bug in the table block. For a new block, the search bar, filters and action button are not aligned when created

Cleared Cache/Cookies? Yes

Sure, I’m able to manually edit this for each block I create however it would be beneficial and time saving to have it work initially.
