Softr not pulling updated data from Airtable

Frankly, a very concerning thread - I’ve spent 6-months setting up my tech stack, testing relentlessly along the way the functionality and scope and getting buy in from colleagues. Now we appear to silently be losing critical functionality as part of “upgrades” putting months of work at risk. It’s embarrassing demonstrating an process that was solid before, now to fail. There is the warning that no-code gets you 90% there and then lets you down. I really hope that isn’t going to be the case. I admire the push for greater efficiencies, but as pointed out, that isn’t great when all our carefully crafted systems break in the process.

Hey folks now it all should be addressed as we are implementing improvements… Let us know if you still see delays

Today, after Artur’s post saying the fix was in place, I tested and can confirm that my particular issuehas been resolved: a lookup field in Airtable changed and within 30 seconds the visibility rules of an action button in Sofr updated properly.

Just happened to our app… Contacted support, but figured I would send it here too.

I have 2 tables where records got created during the same minute (triggered by an automation). I had 4 records created at Table A, and 6 records at table B. Table A is the first table to get populated. These records got into our Softr app. But the 6 records at Table B are still not in, and its been 20 hours now. I spent at least 2 hours debugging, thinking my block’s filtering was wrong. But turns out its due to Softr not having pulled the data. This was working fine a few days ago. Table A is at 500 records, and Table B crossed 1000 records not so long ago. Could that be why? These two tables are “linked” to each other, and having only one of them being fetched to Softr is very critical since our data would be incomplete…

I know this is Softr not pulling the data because I manually entered the record ID for the details page and it said record not found.

4 hours later… The records have finally been pulled by Softr. But I removed those records and created new records (in airtable). Now Softr is picking up the newly created records, but not that those other records have been deleted…

@Zorro we are experimenting with few improvements soon all will be very smooth
