Yup, I just got information, after I contacted the support, they are stillt searching for the issue… That’s the info I have.

Please keep status.softr.io up to date. It would likely reduce support inquiries, and provide greater transparency to customers. I’ve been struggling to work in the platform for the past hour or so. Very hard to get anything done in the platform right how.

I’m still getting the error.
Still having issues. I’ve logged out and in. Tried different browsers. The platform is still very slow and in many cases unresponsive.
It’s limited to a “small number” of customers, which is what support have told us the reason for not updating the status page. I find it disingenious and misleading to claim an uptime that in reality is not the case - nor is this the first time that the “small number” of customers have not had their outage shown. It’s in reality a decent chunk of customers…
Hey everyone here is a quick update on the issue
We experienced intermittent service disruptions today between 14:15 and 16:00 UTC.
The Cause: The issue was traced back to a latent “race condition” bug within a core infrastructure component. This bug remained dormant for the last 12 months, but was triggered today, resulting in inconsistent performance during the affected window.
The Resolution: We have deployed a fix to resolve the underlying logic error. Our team has also implemented additional safeguards to prevent this specific behavior from recurring.

@connorgreig we did post an announcement but bit later during the day and it got expired… we will do better next time.

Agree with the previous comments re notifying us and keeping the status page updated. I’ve only just found out about it 23hrs on

Same for me. The entire company can’t work. The interfaces load slowly or crash entirely and don’t load.
And again - down twice (incl right now) - no status update? Come on … I don’t think it would be such an issue but not updating us is becoming a bit silly now @artur

I too am having issues again. I only started using Softr this week. Is this how it always is?
Unfortunately, downtime has been common and even more common is undocumented downtime… its a great app but then it just drops offline with no reason shared. Its sporadic too, there is periods of no issues, then loads of issues. Its really a shame.
I would say it’s not down a lot but its the lack of notifications and documentation that is an issue. The Status update page doesn’t always reflect what is happening for the users. Downtime happens but the lack of communication is the biggest issue.
Softr is still not working properly. Please update us.
