Apologies if this has been addressed (I promise I searched) and if I’m missing something obvious.
I’ve added a quick links block to my home page, then selected image under layout and assigned an image (thumbnail) to each link. In web and tablet view they appear perfectly, but when I switch to mobile view (preview and after published) I still just get the folder icon. What am I missing? Thanks!
Let us check internally and see what’s causing it
If you’re seeing the correct thumbnails in desktop and tablet view but not on mobile, it’s very possible that the mobile layout is using a different configuration. On our platform, we support layout switching between Desktop and Mobile views, meaning you can actually customize content blocks separately for each.
