Hello!
When I share a link to my app (home page) the image in the preview is incorrect. It shows Softr image. I was expecting for it to show the Social Media image from the page settings.
I see this result on LinkedIn and in Messages (the Apple messaging app).
Am I missing something in the settings of my page or my app?
Thanks for your help!

Hey @kon_em ,
Please navigate to Page settings > Social > Upload the image, title and description.
Save the pages and publish the app and that’s all

Hey @Suzie . Thanks for your reply. I think I have already done this.
I just tested it out on LinkedIn. I still see the Softr branded image.

Will you please double check whether the changes are published or not?

Yes, the most recent changes are published.
I have noticed that the preview image on Messages is not displayed correctly. Maybe Softr needed a moment for the changes to take effect.
But the issue still persists on LinkedIn.
Hey @kon_em !
Let us investigate this case and keep you posted with the updates!
Hey again @kon_em !
It seems that you are using a .svg image type, we recommend using another format such as JPEG or PNG.
Can you please try that?
Best,

hey @Andranik thanks for this suggestion. Looks like the problem was in the image itself. Once I replace it with a png it worked.
This is with the preview looks like on LinkedIn.
And on Messages it is like this.
Thanks for your help!
Always a pleasure to assist! @kon_em
