Clean UX on page load: Add a loading screen in your app pages in order to not see the blocks being re-arranged

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to recent browser updates, any <div> element should now be placed in the FOOTER custom code (whether at page level or app level). I updated some of the posts I made above accordingly. Refer to Custom code in the header sections
