In Workflows - is 'Record updated' less functional than in Airtable automations?

I’m trying to replicate an automation I use in Airtable in prep for a move to Softr databases.

In Airtable I send an email when a particular field on a record is updated. This looks like this:

but in Softr, when you use the ‘Record updated’ trigger, you can’t specify the field you want to watch, only the ‘last updated’ field.

This means that the trigger is pulled for any updates to that record. Is there a way around this as it seems less functional?

Maybe with a filter but I don’t know for sure

Hi,

In the Softr database, when you add a “Last Updated at” field you can specify which field you want to watch.

That’s brilliant - my Last Modified field was watching all fields. I have now created another one to watch the specific field I’m interested in.

Thanks for your help.
