How are new filter tags differentiated?

Can anyone differentiate filter tags when selected on any of the new blocks? Old blocks had settings that clearly differentiated selected from unselected filters. How are users supposed to know which filter tag they selected, when there is no border or background color change?

Old Settings (that differentiate):

New Settings (with no differentiation):

Hey, You are right—the new filter doesn’t have an option to set different colors for each tag.
I will ask the team to check if it’s possible, and if so, we will add it for the new filters too. However, I’m not sure if the color option is meant to indicate selection or not—that seems like a different topic.

Based on your setup, when you pick a tag, doesn’t it feel like it’s selected?

Because I’m checking, and when I pick the tags, the borders of the tag become highlighted, indicating that the option is chosen.

Isn’t it working like that for you? Even with coloring, I think the highlight is meant to show that the option is selected.

Thanks for the screen shots Aramayis. Apparently filter tags are now differentiated by border highlighting, configured under the app theme ‘Accents’ setting?

It seems customization is limited compared to the old blocks. Individual filters had independent border and background customization that could change when a tag was selected:

BTW, how do we adjust the color of the ‘Empty state message’?
