Since every system modification is listen in record history, it can take a while to find a user made modification. Would love to be able to filter out record history to just see what users changed manually.

I hope I understood the use case correctly. If so, then it seems that the system already grabs it. For instance, I have an application with multiple test users, where one of the end-users Julia edited the phone number of another end-user Kevin. See the record history of Kevin in this screenshot, it shows that Julia changed it
