I use Notion as my source. Inside Notion I use a checked in the contacts database to determine who’s getting access to my Softr enviroment or not.
When the partnership with my customers ends, they no longer need access to their customer portal. In that case I uncheck the checkbox. But they still remain as user in Softr.
Even though the filter is set right. I know this for sure since new contacts without an account will not be added untill the checkbox gets ‘true’. So adding them is going fine, but removing there access isn’t.
