Started getting these when I report bugs in the community last month. Since then, none of my posts under bugs have been approved. With two tickets already outstanding in chat help and no fixes for them in over a month, I am not sure what else to do when there are problems with Softr?
@artur, I thought this was temporary or would be lifted once JJ Englert had left as community moderator, but my bug reports are still being blocked in the community. We are on Softr’s Business Plan, building since 2020 BTW.
@artur, looks like you found my last post above that was finally approved for posting in the community. Thanks. I had no access to it, until now.
For transparency, the thread below is where my posts started getting blocked. As soon as I posted, it dissappeared and I had no access to it. JJ followed up with a moderation reminder and from then on I couldn’t post bug reports. This is one of the reasons I include you in my posts.
@Ben I ran into the same situation last week. My post was approved in a few hours, but it made me second guess what was going on, as I had posted before without any issue. I posted a couple days ago without any approval. Not sure what the issue is.
@TobyMacLeod , this is a first for me too. @artur, any explanation of why particular builders have been subject to approval before their bug reports get posted to the community?
Softr chat support ratings and reviews were disabled, apparently. The ratings buttons populate at the bottom of a help thread, but have been inactive. They don’t do anything. Even right after they’ve shown up.
