Disallowing users to change their name

Hi,
I would like users not to be able to edit their profile default fields, i.e. their emails and their names. I can see the emails are greyed out (hence read-only, presumably because emails are required field for connecting to users in Airtable), but I cannot find a way to do the same with the Name field. I would even prefer hiding the Name field altogether to having it editable, but that seems to be impossible too (as both field are default profile fields, impossible to remove).
Any hints? Thanks!
