Can't see the "Blocks" option on the left side of the screen in studio

When I open my app in the studio, I only see the following options on the left side : Pages, Theme, Users and Settings.

Am unable to see the “Block” option as shown in most of the tutorials. I need this “Block” option because I have to edit the “Call to Action” button in the block.

Can someone help me please?

You want to display the right panel ? Click on a block, if the page does not contain a block, add it by clicking on the black “+”
