So I’m maybe doing this a bit back to front but for a while now I’ve build out a couple of apps in Softr (Front End, Softr DB and Workflows) - Rather than documenting at the start what I was doing, I’ve just been building as I go and learning all about Softr and the various functionalities. Now that I’m ready to go live, I’ve been asked if I can document a technical build document to show how it all functions including:
- an entity relationship diagram for the database,
- details of how the permissioning and access controls work,
- components of the front end user interface
- details of all the workflows running (triggers, actions etc)
- details of external interfaces like make.com, DocsAutomator etc.
My question is, does anyone have any advice or tips on doing this? Are there any easy ways to document this or utilise functionality in Softr to help? It could become quite a large document given the number of tables in my database and pages within the apps not to mention the workflows
