Assign Different List Tag Colors Depending On Their Value

This would be so useful, especially for list items with different attributes that need to be differentiated at a glance. Hope this is incorporated, WITHOUT CODE, into list blocks. Artur included code snippets in another thread below, but this should be a basic no-code feature if tags are an option for list items.
